Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us free of charge for a refund or credit note. You have two options:

1. Submit a return request online
Go to https://liyanmcateer.com/account/login and enter your order number and email. Click Return button and follow instructions.

2. A shipping label will be created for your return
Print and securely attach your shipping label to your return package. Please place your items in safe and secure packaging.

3.  Drop your parcel off at your preferred UPS point
Place the item securely in its original packaging and then mail via UPS to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7-10 days after you dropped off your parcel for us to receive your package.

Make sure you get a time-stamped receipt at the drop-off point, and keep it safe until you receive your refund.

Refund may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Final Sale items cannot be returned.
